Default Is Big Brother \'cursed\' this year?

This year hasn't been a good year for Big Brother, looking at certain ones around the world - each causing a different scandal.

Big Brother UK -
- Celebrity Big Brother Racism Row caused a global outrage, reported all over the world.

Big Brother USA -
- A housemate was heard making an anti-Semitic comment on live feed, some people found it offensive - the video has been seen 120,000 times on YouTube.

Big Brother Australia -
- When Emma's dad died, Big Brother kept it from her, which caused news coverage around the world, and massive debates over whether she should be told.

What do you think? I'm sure something 'racist' was said on BB AUS, but I couldn't remember so if anyone knows, feel free to post it. Do you think Big Brother is cursed this year? Or is cursed the wrong word? Is it down to the housemate selections?
