CAMERON AND NUSH FACE EVICTION FROM THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE
Yesterday, the five remaining housemates eligible to win Big Brother were called to the diary room to make their final nominations of the series to determine which housemates face eviction this week. Jon was not involved in the nomination process as he cannot win the £70,000 prize money, as a returning housemate. This means that Ray, Scott and Steph will definitely be part of the final four. The two people facing eviction this week are Cameron and Nush. As Big Brother announced the two names, Ray said “Jesus, that’s a surprise.” Steph agreed,” to which Cameron responded, “that’s not a surprise to me.” Nush commented, “it’s not that bad actually.” She then went into the garden and told Scott, “I’ve not got a bloody chance.” Meanwhile, whilst alone with Steph, Cameron told her “I’m not gutted, it will be exciting for the person who leaves this Friday. I’d be more surprised if I didn’t hear my name.” Whilst the housemates do not know how each housemate actually voted in the privacy of the diary room, we can divulge who voted for who… Cameron Nush and Ray Nush Steph and Cameron Ray Nush and Cameron Scott Steph and Cameron Steph Scott and Nush Each housemate received the following number of nominations this week: Cameron 3 Nush 3 Ray 1 Scott 2 Steph 2 The nominations tally after eight rounds of eviction nominations are as follows: Cameron 11 Nush 11 Ray 11 Scott 8 Steph 10 This is the first time Gos and Ray have faced eviction. For Nush, this is the second week in a row that she has faced the public vote. Each housemate has to give a valid reason for their choice of nominees, and failure to do so could result in an official warning from Big Brother. Comments included: Cameron voted for Nush because “on eviction night when Lisa went out we felt as though there had been a mixed reaction to the evictee and Nush was saying things like ‘I don’t like listening to the boos’ and I said ‘why don’t you move away from the door then’ but she didn’t. That kind of thing annoys me in real life.” He nominated Ray because “I know he’s a cheeky rat but he’s been provoking Jon, he’s been throwing questions at Jon to trick him, questions about the outside world, what happens when you leave here. Today I sensed Jon was getting annoyed. I imagined myself in Jon’s shoes and I would have been annoyed.” Nush nominated Steph because “although we’ve been getting on a lot better, it takes more energy to maintain my friendship with Steph than it does with other members of the group,” and because “she said I use my sexuality to get what I want and I find that’s not very nice to say that to somebody and I was a bit offended by that…that is a million miles away from what I am, maybe I’m wrong.” She also nominated Cameron because “I think that Cameron worries too much about losing it and not being in control. He’s a bit sensible…it would be nice to see him not too restrained.” Ray voted for Nush because when Jon came back into the house, “people were trying to have a conversation and in the middle of some stories she would jump in and give a different story about her. It was again constant for the rest of the night. One thing that annoys me most is when someone talks about themselves all the time and I felt that’s what happened on Friday night with Nush.” He nominated Cameron because “he’s had that extra Big Brother experience with going to South Africa. If he did go on Friday it would be fair, he’s just had that little bit extra than the rest of the housemates here.” He also nominated him because of “the vibes I get from Cameron. He’s chosen myself and Nush this week I think.” Scott nominated Steph because “when in the group she seems to be one of the parents and it would be good for the group to lose one of its parents this week,” and “she’s the most stubborn for pointless reasons and she is still the person in the house I still have uncomfortable silences with and if anyone gets a hard time off Steph it’s me.” He nominated Cameron because “when Lisa left he turned round and said he couldn’t believe what people were saying after the way everyone talked about her last week when he was the only one saying it. Cameron was the ringleader” Steph chose Scott because “I still cannot make him out. He always says that your initial emotion on eviction night is always sadness for that person going and then relief that it wasn’t you. I don’t believe him. Your initial feeling is relief because you want to stay. I just believe that that is for effect to make him out to be somebody that cares more for others than himself when I believe that not to be the case. Scott says things that he would like you to hear rather than being honest and truthful.” She nominated Nush because “when Jon arrived on Friday evening… it felt clear to me that she didn’t like the fact that Cameron had an interesting story to tell…it was almost as if Cameron was getting attention off Jon and Nush wasn’t and she didn’t like that. I don’t think that was appropriate.” |
