I was browsing through some new magazines in the coffee room at work, and came across the following mention of Helen in Now Magazine dated 20 March.

Big Brother star Helen Adams knows that the secret to adding instant glamour to the most uninspiring outfit is sparkle, sparkle and more sparkle.

'I always wear glitter and don't feel dressed without it' says Helen. 'If my outfit is plain, I'll take along my diamante silver Puma bag or a crystal cuff to glam it up.'

There's also a small pic of Helen, smiling and with her hair down, wearing a bright cerise pink top.

Probably not worth buying the magazine for, but I thought you'd be interested to know Helen was mentioned alongside such names as Kate Beckinsale, Cindy Crawford and J-Lo!

Thanks for that keen bit of BB spotting Kat. I'm pretty sure that's a quote directly lifted from one of her many interviews around Christmas time when whe was promoting her video, but as you say - it's a real complement to see her mentioned in passing along with more established stars as if she belongs.

It is funny that it's her "secret" for glamour.
