What program do oyu use to make animated gif avatars?

I need to find a good program .

Jasc Animation Shop and Ulead don't work for me.

I have a program called Easy Gif Animator. I get 20 free uses on it.

Animation Shop does work, after 2 years of having it i only just found out how to do it lmao.

Imageready is good. Download Photshop CS2 for a trial and it comes with it.

When I use animation shop, it says..

"cannot read video data".

It only reads .mpg so i just convert the videos to that.

I use camtasia record the screen on youtube and change it to a gif image and it moves not like a image you have copied and paste but its dosent make the clearest images.
