Romance is officially dead...

After having his romantic hopes crushed by Amanda last night, Brian's been looking a bit down - and when Liam launched a rant against the world's mean girls, the lad nodded his head sagely.

"It's almost like certain girls think they are better, too cool for school," Brian told him.

"Not that the twins are like that, but..." Liam trailed. "What's her feelings like today then with you, Bri? Cool?"

"Yeah, it's fine," Brian mumbled.

"Sweet," Liam replied. "Just, you worry sometimes, when it was good together and now it's not good, like would the next day be awkward?"

"Yeah," Brian confirmed. "That was a bit of a thing. She came into my bed and we were just chatting, same as always. The thing is, there aren't many girls here, so if there's a good looking girl here, you're attracted to her, aren't you? Like, initially."

And the budding lothario then soothed his wounds of rejection: "It'll be totally different in the outside world, though, think about it geezer. There'll be loads of other good looking girls there."

The two then discussed their frustration at getting, erm, a little hot under the collar over the lack of available women in the house.

"I just want a bit of affection, like," Liam sighed.

"Yeah, a bit of a smooch and stuff," Brian agreed. "I don't know how the ******* we've gone 65 days!"

"That thing with Amy was partly because of that," the 22-year-old confessed.

And the thought of his obsession with the twin being purely down to his confined state clearly cheered Brian up. "The more I think about it, when I get in the outside world, there are a couple of lasses I'd like to hook up with."

Liam sounded surprised. "You want to hook up with a few, man, do ya?"

"Mm," Brian grunted. "Proper."
