Forgive me but I have no idea what a cyber devil advocate is,(other than having a guess?)
I hate it when that budget word is used. What generally happens is a year down the line someone realises a mistake is made and a 'CONSULTANT' or two are brought in on three times the salary which saves no money whatsoever. |

Ahh right!
I wasn't around here during BB2, so I assumed he was popular. Thanks for explaining! |

Just to clarify he was poular with the public because of Helen who was even more popular but the press tried to make him out a love rat betraying Helen as soon as he left the house. He was not and one can assume Sticks fully armed dealt with the villains..... |

Those were in the days when we were actually called cyber warriors, and subsequently seconded to the new office of the Cyber Devils Advocate General.
So you could argue that my first client in the actual office of the CDAG was actually Jade, but I first impressed them with my defence of Paul Clarke. Actually I was defending him in cyberspace well before his eviction. I pointed out that something he said hid an underlying decency. I pointed out the trap that C4 / Endemol laid for them with the meals for two, which was thwarted by Paul Clarke himself. When people latched on to a conversation he had with Elizabeth which made it seem like he was going cold on Helen, I pointed to a comment he said when he said Helen deserved to be in the final, and pointed out that Paul may have been trying to do a Gerry. Then when they were out of the house, if C4 were bad, the gutter press were worse and the rest is history So now I am deemed to have retired from that now and am trying to eek out a subsistence at the Office of the Cyber Guardians. They only take on popular cases. The decision was that those going into the house could use Web 2.0 before they went in to hire a private advocate and funds could be diverted elsewhere, and so inspite of the acting CDAG we were canned. |

I think the tax payer should finance the office of the Cyber Devil's Advocate General. Such important duties should not be left to private concerns.
I urge all TIBB members to lobby their MP's without delay..... |
