FUN-LOVING Greek housemate admits he DID fancy hunk Ziggy in the BB house – because the golden haired housemate was exactly his type.
“Ziggy was the most fanciable. I like blondies you see, he was my favourite by far,” Gerry told us.
And he insists he has no regrets about his controversial exit where he begged the Gurus to choose him to leave – and claims that he KNEW the twist was going to happen.
“I went to the Diary Room and said I know Gurus will have to choose someone,” he revealed.
“Because I wanted to leave I said good bye really, and I thanked all the voices of Big Brother for their patience.”
But he refuses to believe his actions have led Carole to be seen as desperately in need of cash.
“I don’t think she’s a charity case but she’s older than all of us,” he explained. “We’re all young, and especially the girls in the house will gets lots of opportunities that she doesn’t.”
Gay Gerry also reveals in this week’s podcast that the acceptance he sought in the house was for his sexuality – and to prove that he wasn’t BORING.
“I’ve spent a long time at university and I consider myself a little bit boring.
“It was good for me to know that I haven’t just spent 31 years cultivating a boring persona!” he told us.
He has tipped the twins to win – and thinks Brian, who he doesn’t mind admitting was one of the most intelligent housemates, might not be far behind.
“I’m reaching the point where I think the twins will be the best,” he explained.
“But Liam is a very honourable person who deserves the money, but he’s got an award already. Brian would be a great winner.”
“He’s very intelligent, one of the most intelligent in there."
