See article.....
http://media.guardian.co.uk/bigbroth...011270,00.html With BB3 being the most successfull so far. It raked in a lot of dosh compared to BB4 which saw the total voting figures nearl halved by less than interested viewers. The comment at the end though might mean that there will only be another two BB series...... ![]() ![]() |

I'm feeling wretched for Endemol. It wasn't till Channel 4 took editorial control and started milking it for every penny that the format received such bad press.
The first two series benefited charities, but Ch4 played the "poor us" card and that all stopped. It wasn't till the end off BB3 that they came clean and told us we were being duped. I for one rarely voted because of that. Methinks I wasn't the only one. I notice with relief that the Good Old Beeb didn't need telling. Has anyone else noticed the "Restoration" which is specifically an Endemol/BBC project to raise funds to save a Graded building for the Nation (Us!) Also, of course, 16p from all votes during Fame Academy goes to the Bursary! I rest my case |
