I know I said in January that I wanted a summer were I could were my shorts. Well I sure got it It say's on my thermometer outside 34C, it's hot outside and much too hot inside with my computer throwing out hot air. I'm just going to stick my head in the fridge.

It's coz I'm such a ray of sunshine Sticks. We've had two massive thunderstorms, today and yesterday, both at the same time of day weird enough 8.15 am and rumbled on until about 11.00 am. So that's your fault It's nice and cool now though a nice 20C.

Us Brits will never be satisfied with the weather provided.
All year I have been praying for sunshine when Plymouth has been plagued with rain and when I finally get it, I want the winter back. I like hot weatheer but I can help but thinking its all or nohing with the UK, either boiling boiling hot or freezing/raining.

Celsius is easy to work out, just remember 0C is the point of freezing water and 100C the point of boiling water. So 0C is cold 10C is mild 20C is warm 30C is hot and 40C is bloody dam hot. It's the opposite way when cold only it's minus so -10 C is pretty dam cold. It was - 11C here one winter years ago. I'm surprised you don't know the Celsius scale Sticks.

Here's a link to a little weather station you can have in the system tray on your computer if anyones interested. It tells you the temp in C and F and weather anywhere in the world. You can set it for your home town.

When we're on hols aboard, this weather is lovely, but for some reason it's a different kind of heat in this country

As for Celsius, I always work it out from 20 = 68 and each point after that is 2 of the old way eg: 21 = 70
22 = 72
23 = 74
