As much as I had major suspisions about it being Steven, the producers have done well to keep things top secret - I haven't seen any spoilers about it...

He did, but Steven is alot older now, he is older then the Twins. Luch and Peter are both 13, Syeven is about 16/17 maybe older, so he might have chanaged his hair/look.
