Default Will people shut up and stop saying this is the end of Big Brother!

After one bad series people are now saying "I think this is the death of BIG BROTHER".

Oh shut up!

Does anyone recall BB5? Arguably the most popular BB ever. Does anyone remember when it was made? Oh yes, of course, after BB4! A really bad BB went to a really good one.

They are cancelling BB and I believe they did the same thing in BB5's year.

I think BB9 . . . Scratch that, I know BB9 will be amazing and we will be hearing about that 10 year contract Channel 4 have with Endemol.

I don't think anyone can say for definite that big brother is over, but the possibilities are always there. This is why we must keep our eyes peeled and wait for 2008 I am sure we will know a lot more then

C4 has a contract with Endemol until Big Brother 11 so don't worry, Big Brother is going nowhere.

But I'd like it to go on and on for ages . . . a bit like a soap maybe?

There are no guarantees actually. Even if C4 does have a contract with endemol. I have heard many rumours, so I think in 2008 we will know a bit more about the continuation of the show.

theres no guarantee either way if it will be good or bad. thats in the hands of the producers...but what i will say they got to go back to basics..they trying to cast a programe instead of getting in individuals and let them make the programe...they looking in to who would make a good programe and getting them in.(ie a mother a father a goody a bady) SOD that just let the programe happen.

It won't end. Big Brother will go on for a long time but the format will change and so will the type of housemates.

The great series of the past that the older fans remember won't for them be equalled or repeated. The show is more about fame than ever it was.

It has changed and will continue to change as it audience base changes. It is more about gaining celebrity now than it has ever been and that will drive the show and how it is shown and reported on.

Well said Red.
Big Brother will change and need to make the new type of viewers content with what they watch.
As Makosi said, what will they provid us with now that we've seen nudity, sex and freaks ?

yes cujo man, i know wat u mean
its very annoying how people, particuarly those who hate Big Bro bang on and on about how it'll all end
theyre such miserable malcontents, they dont have to watch it if they dont want to and they dont have to rub it in our faces
its probaby not even true
so its a good point to make

If BB continues the way it has been for the last couple of years, it won't end but for me it probably will.

Yey!

I trust you Red.

I don't care if all you moaners complain about BB- as long as it won't end its okay with me!

Anyway BB7 is considered in the same league as BB3 and 5 by most and was the 3rd most watched, so in reality BB has just been as good in the last couple of years!

Big Brother won't end until a big event happens, or something really bad. NO worris then, at least we got BB until 2010.
