I am a member of a diabetic forum that has a great system for rewarding peoples posts which could run along side the karma system.

You are able to thank individual post and it also tells you who has thanked you.

Its a nice positive element to the site which works really well.

I just thought I would put that on the table.

That's a good idea. I know a coding/web programming forum that has a similar system. It's a good system.

I wasnt suggesting we get rid of the karma system as thats already established but it would be nice to run alongside it

I dont really want to post a link with the site to be honest but it part of vBulletin software so you should be able to find out more info if you google vBulletin

This is on a student forum I go to, it's similar to the karma system but it's called "reputation" and it gives you the option of making comments if you agree/disagree with the post.

Like you Kiz, when my sister was pregant she was diabetic and finally when she gave birth it was finished one month later.

No honey,with the symptoms I have they say there is only a small chance that it will go after the baby is born.

My pancreas is no longer making any insulin.... it hasnt just slowed down. I am still hanging on to that glimmer of hope but...... I doubt it
