Default Bonfires/incinerators/smoke pollution

i get fed up of neighbours burning rubbish or whatever they choose to burn we open our windows to let in fresh air and suddenly we smell the smell of bonfire/incinerator smoke coming in and we have to shut our bloody windows i thought it was illegal to do that now? or have i got it wrong. people shouldnt have to tolerate that when there is all this recycling and stuff but garden rubbish is non recylable and one of my neighbours who (i dont like as she is a nutter) does say that burning garden rubbish is a better way i would prefer her to let the rubbishmen take it away and the green wheelybin which we all get is for garden rubbish and cardboard to so why have fires it might be illegal or if it isnt it should be

oh no Funky Sam that would really annoy me i get mad enough when its a nice sunny hot day and one of our neighbours decides to have a fire in their garden and we all have to go in the house and close the windows on a hot day cause we are choking on that bonfire smoke if it was illegal for defo id be very happy to call the police and have them come round and put it out. give it to the rubbishmen instead they can throw it in a landfill site which is more sensible

ppl burn their rubbish now because of all the new restrictions on what you can and cant put out for the rubbish men to take. We burn our stuff in the garden but only becasue the rubbish men refuse to take it. The only way we can get rid of it is if we pay the council to come and collect it which we already do anyway becasue we pay our council tax. But they want more just to pick up some stuff we dont want no more.
