Sharon has definitely blown it by not putting Steph in. She was the strongest voice in the competition, and has been consistant throughout bootcamp, but Nooo Sharon ops for Emily, the girl with the weak voice and the sob story. It just goes to prove that having a sob story can get you a place in the live shows, Stephanie didnt have one, but had arguabley the best voice in her category, yet Emily got put through over her.

Steph was good but had no star quality IMO and was not very memorable. I'm glad she didn't chose Steph. Sharon has chosen 3 very good and very different singers and I think she has a very good chance at winning.

Star Quality? Emily has the star quality of a park bench, and the only reason Emily is memorable is for her sob story not her voice. Emily has been extremely weak throughout bootcamp, and that performance of beautiful wasnt anything to scream about. Stephanie on the other hand ..

I don't take any sob stories into account and I found Emily very memorable. Steph made no impact on me during auditions, boot camp or judges houses. Emily doesn't have a big powerful Mariah Carey voice but that isn't her style. Steph was just .... meh! We seen it time and time again.

i think Stephanie had the best voice by miles and I agree with Billy Emily has a very good voice but not the X Factor(though she probably will after a few more years of practise)!but when you put a good voice plus a sob story against a great with no sob story the sob story will obviously win!!

I have, time and time again. Cassie, Chenai, Roberta, Verity - She is just like all of them, or very similar. Emily has a more unique soft sounding relaxing voice.

I think she does sound very similer to the people I mentioned. I can't think of anyone who sounds like Emily. Emily & Steph have very differet styles and I prefer Emily's. I can picture her doing Kate Nash, KT Tunstell, Amy Whinehouse type songs.

I doubt the judges look at the sob stories when they are choosing who goes through or not. Also in live shows people don't look at the sob stories they vote on who is a good singer, performer and who they think have the X Factor.

I think Emily had a better voice then Steph, but I don't think Emily will win. There are people far better then her in the competition. I think Kimberley & Aleshia have far better voices then Emily.

I have to agree with Billy.
If Steph isn't put through, I can't see Sharon winning.

Kimberly - Will eventually irritate the public if she continues how she is.
Alisha - Good voice.. but doesn't seem to have anything special, she reminds me a lot of a Maria/Dionne.
Emily - Good voice when it's shown off, but unreliable. REALLY unreliable. I've only seen one good performance from her, her first one, and I do think her sob story is getting her far.

As for the other two, I can't see Kim/Vic getting any where.

I think Emily will be one of the early one's to go, probably come about 9th if she goes through.Her audition was really good but since then I've found her boring and out of her depth.

I doubt Stephanie would have won it but I reckon she'd have done better than Emily.

In my opinion, Sharon could still win. She has Kimberley who I think will get a lot of votes, and we have yet to see more from Alisha. Keep in mind that Alisha has received little coverage and has gotten this far based on talent alone, and no sob story - she must be good.

I do agree though that not putting Steph through was a big mistake. Emily has a nice rich voice which I like, but she has been flat in her last few auditions. But I wouldn't cross out Sharon's chances for now.

The only judge who's chances I would cross out is Dannii's - if it's true that Dominic didn't get through then Dannii has no hope in hell of winning this competition. Dominic was the only singer above average in that category and and he didn't have a nauseating sob story neither - the public will eventually get sick of these sob stories, I'll be surprised if they aren't already.

I think it's too earlyer to say who will win. Ben was fave to win for weeks last year, and he didn't get not enough votes and went.

Sharon has good singers, Kimberely will get the votes for defo, not only has she got and very good singing voice, but the personality to go with it, she is the only one who has a bubbly personlaity.

I don't think Stephanie would have won but I definitely think she would do better than Emily. The only girl I can see winning is Kimberley, because she is likable and she can sing well. I agree about the Alisha/Maria comparison (And Maria happened to be my favourite as well!), she doesn't remind me that much of Dionne though, but Beverley does.

the thing with Kimberley is that I think she will get on peoples nerves. Personally, I dont understand the Emily choice, as Emily has provided 1 amazing performance, and 1 bad, 1 ok. Stephanie provided an amazing audition, and good bootcamp. Im puzzled.

I dont think steph was the best out of the girls i think kimberly ans alisha have much better voices but she is only 14 she should go back next year but i must agree she would have een a better choice then emily bit like nikita only nikita had a better voice.

I think she has a good chance, Danii had the strongest catagory but she shot herslef in the foot with the final decision. It's gonna be Simon (AGAIN ) or Sharon I think.
