BB8 is the worst... but no-one else thinks it was great anyway so it's not over-rated.

BB4 certainly isn't over-rated as not that many people like it and a lot of people refer to it as the "worst series ever" and even use it as a simile to compare other series to it like "That's almost as bad as BB4!" (but I think that BB8 may steal the title! For me it certainly has).

I don't think BB6 gets enough credit for how good it was, so I would say that's under-rated.

In general, most people see BB5 as a great series, and I agree, so I don't think it's over-rated.

So I would say BB7 was the most over-rated. I still liked it, but the tasks weren't very challenging for the housemates and they weren't very inventive. The twists were predictable (even the housemates knew they were coming... they even knew about the HND) and most of them were just the same as twists from past series except with a few tweaks. There were far too many housemates as well and little of them entertained the viewers and kept them interested. And I've read a lot of comments saying it was a brilliant series, but in my opinion it was just OK, not bad.

I haven't seen BB1-3 so I can't say anything on them. I could mention a few housemates from those series who I think may have been over-rated, but I couldn't talk about the series as a whole.

You have to look at the ones that were successful. IMO it is BB5.

BB5 was successful, but I wouldn't say it was over-rated because I think it got the success it deserved since I thought it was great.

BB7 however, was also successful, and in my opinion it wasn't that great which is why I said it was over-rated.

Just because a series is successful doesn't mean it was over-rated, because it might have been brilliant and deserved the success. It's only if you think it got a lot more credit as a great series than it should have. And that is how I feel about BB7, whereas I loved BB5, thought it was a great series, and it is rated accordingly.

Without a doubt (as much a fan I was of it) it has to be BB7. It was a bit to similar to previous and international versions of BB, and most housemates were boring, so were the predictable twists.

For me, BB5. Didn't like it much. Surely BB7 can't actually be that overrated, if everyone thinks its overrated? That may onley make since in my head but you might see what I'm getting at.

BB7 cant be overrated if it had HM like Glyn, Richard, Sezer, Grace, Nikki, Mikey, Leah, Aisleyne, Spiral, Shabaz. I agree with you, BB5 was quite overrated, when it all just prmoted nudity than comedy and drama.

Then you didn't watch it of course. BB5 provided more drama and comedy than BB7 but less than BB6 (in term of drama).

I agree. Its currently the most popular series with the British public (currently!). This is because it was really good - but - there is one factor I cannot deny that makes it very popular, the fact that it was very recent. So it probably has more popularity from that. I loved loads of housemates from BB7. BB7 also had the most hated housemate ever - Sexer, 91% of the vote against three people. Plus, BB5 never had as massive a villain as Grace. Or as crazy-ass a first week. Or a classic song (click on the youtube link) or "Who is she?!" I want BB7 back!

Also I think Nadia is by far the worst and most overrated winner ever! I hate that smug bitch!

The fact that it still was successful when it had other barriers like World cup, Love Ireland.

Pete was deffo the most overrated winner ever, he won since the first second he came in. Nadia wasn't an obvious winner since day 1.
"Who is she ?" is a legendary quote of course but BB5 had its moments which were as legendary as BB7 as the Lady Garden, Victor (all his entries), the silent protest, the naked entry, the songs, the tasks (they had a lot in the diary room), Michelle singing, BB being severe with Nadia and more and more....just awesome !
BB7 had comedy and drama but I much prefered watching some big characters than freaks and mentals.

Pete was quite funny, even though stupid but was stupidly and weirdly funny, Nadia neither was funny or good to watch, and I dont think she is the sought of character people would conitinually watch in youtube.

Pete funny ? Ermm as I always said, you have a special humor lol Well Nadia was far more deserving her winning than Pete of course, I love watching her, the finale, her best bits and all her moments. She was amazing and took part into the BBUK revolution.

I found BB5 quite boring and dull at times and only a few characters were likeable. Everyone says they were all great characters - I seem to recall the dull as hell Stuart and Shell. They were so dull. Victor should have won and it pisses me off that the Lipgloss Bitches beat The Jungle Cats! I had a lot more fun and drama with BB7.

Nadia wasn't funny! Shes so smug about winning nowadays and by the way, acceptance? What was that single about, hmmm Nadia?

My finishing point will be, there is alot of people who preffered BB5 and theres alot of people who loved BB7. Both will be remembered as classic series of BB!

Both Jungle Cats and Lipgloss Bitches were brilliant. I mean, all their bitching, their jokes, their funs made me so happy, I spent a great summer with them, they were like my friends. I didn't feel that for BB7 but well it's what I felt.

Nadia has a lot of things to proove, you can't imagine how much it was hard for her to do it, she has been amazing and has been accepted by the others.

Personally I won't classify BB7 as a classic but I have to say that it was entertaining to a certain point, the problem about BB7 is that all the good characters left first and it ruined the whole game.

Are you having a girrafe? Jason was one of the few reasons I actually watched BB5! He was one of the best housemates and caused alot of controvery. Jason ruled!

Pete still however was wierdly funny, not that funny, but imitating Jim Carrey came natural too him. Nadia was just.

BB3, BB5, BB7 and probably BB9 will all be remembered as the classics. As you felt BB5 were your friends, I found them all nasty and arrogant. What you consider a good character in BB7 were just nasty, smug and arrogant people - and there were tons of them in BB5! BB7 felt more like friends and had more fun! You may not care for BB7, but you can't deny its one of the classics - that isn't just my opinion, its fact. I don't deny BB5 is a classic, so don't be in denial about BB7.

There were some boring people in BB5, not all of them were entertaining to watch, however BB7 had many hilarious characters like Richard, Nikki, Mikey, Glyn.

Are you having a girrafe? Jason was one of the few reasons I actually watched BB5! He was one of the best housemates and caused alot of controvery. Jason ruled!
Yesss we both agree ! Jason was brilliant, one of my fave housemates !

The housemates were alright, but I mean if it wasn't for those 2, I wouldn't be having this debate.
