Default Boris\'s Bar, the NEW \'BB\' !

The New ‘BB’ !

Everybody’s heard of ‘Cheers’,
The Boston bar that sold those beers,
The people there who came and went,
Spending money – sometimes the rent.

Well now it seems WE need a place,
Where anyone can show their face,
For ‘winding down’ and ‘chilling out’,
For chatting and a jovial shout,
To tell their troubles,
Share some fun,
When trials of the day are done.

So welcome to the new ‘BB’,
Where I hope you’ll all be pleased to see,
Friend BORIS standing by the pump,
Your host, your barman…that made you jump !

So take a glass of wine with me,
A sip of cider, sup of beer;
Gin or whiskey, make you frisky,
A drop of rum to warm your tum.

Or Adam’s ale if you prefer,
Martini that you shake not stir,
Juice of apple, orange, grape,
All will help you keep in shape.

The ‘Kiss of Death’ has gone at last,
To ‘Boris’s Bar’ you all must pass.
I’d thought to call it ‘Sailors Rest’,
But the ‘Barmy Army’ though it best,
To NOT exclude them from the fun,
For they’ve been loyal troops each one.

So now to meet at Boris’s bar,
However you travel however far,
We’ll meet up here come rain , come shine,
And have ourselves a…
RIGHT GOOD TIME !

Cheers one and all .
See you here tomorrow !

Oooh how exciting, a new thread is born
It doesn't leave us time to mourn
The "Kiss of Death", so that deserves a cheer
And while I'm at it, make mine a beer!

WOOOOOHOOOOOO!

A Bar . . . . . . . and it's still open!

Just the place to drown my sorrows . . . . . I was made redundant tonight, don't you know?

Still - I'm sure this is just the place to cheer up an out-of-work Captain without a mission . . . .

More power to your elbow, Boris - and make mine a double!!!!!!

CHEERS!

With all this joviallity

May I see your entertainments licence ?

Plus we have had complaints of noise from the neighbours so we will be opposing your renewal of your licence at the magistrates

Evening all - mind how you go

Did you get the idea from all the virtual parties we have been having Boris. Sounds good to me.

If you have any problem with the licence just let me know I am a dab hand at dealing with the licencing authorities - all in the name of work I must stress.

A job with me will be just fine.
Your application sent to me,
And we will see what is to be !

Fancy being a barmaid here kaz? It night be moore fun that in the TiBB barmy Army.

And all you others...

We DO have a licence !
We have all and any drinks you might ever want !

I have been called away to darkest Birmingham to babysit while may daughter andher husband fly off to Cork for the weekend.

Yes Sarah you can collect glasses and wash them up
I only hope kaz takes on the role of chief barmaid or ''Boris's Bar' will not be open all weekend till my return on Sunday.

Just what a doting Grandma didn't need having been away herself last weekend ...

Oh well I can deny my daughter nothing !

Cheers all have a good weekend!

OOOOH! Would I? And CHIEF Barmaid at that!

Boris, it would be an honour and a pleasure - of course I accept!

At your service yet again. I'm a happy bunny now. And fear not, Boris's Bar will be in safe hands during your absence.

Do you need an entertainments manager Boris - I know a few acts who might be persuaded to do a turn for the odd glass of JD lol
