BABY Spice Emma Bunton yesterday showed off her little son Beau for the first time.

She put snaps of her and proud dad Jade Jones cuddling their cute baby on the Spice Girls' official website.

And on her personal blog, Baby, 31, wrote about juggling motherhood with rehearsals for the upcoming reunion tour.

She apologised for not showing off her beautiful baby sooner, saying: "So sorry for the wait, but here is our beautiful little boy Beau.

"As you can see from the picture he is a bonny little soul, and he makes us so happy, he's the best thing that's ever happened to us.

"He's 10 weeks old now and we can't believe how quickly time flies. We're all getting ready to go to L.A. We've packed his little bag with all his goodies.

"He's started to sleep through the night now so mummy is getting some well-deserved sleep before the tour."

Emma said rehearsals are going well and denied speculation that rifts were already emerging.

She said: "I've been rehearsing with Geri and Mel C the last few days and I really think it's going to be a great show.

"We shot the video for Headlines (Friendship Never Ends) and I didn't stop laughing all day with the other girls.

"It was great having the gang back together."
