Jade Goody has revealed that she has a new career as a permanent makeup tattooist.

The former Big Brother star appeared on ITV1's This Morning wearing a black wig, saying she now works with surgeons to help people with breast cancer and alopecia.

She told hosts Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield: "Even from the first Big Brother, I've wanted to make myself a better person with my education and I'm now tattooing permanent makeup.

"So when the ladies who've had breast cancer... have breasts removed, they maybe have a reconstruction [and] they lose the areola. We tattoo the areola back on... It's amazing. It cost a lot of money to do the course, but it's been worth every penny."

She does not have a full-time job, but described the work as "so rewarding", saying: "I am quite lucky, I still get offered to do things and I'm working on other things as well. But this to me is like giving something back and it is so amazing, people's faces after they've had it."

Talking about her wig, she added: "A little girl writes to me, she's 15 and she's losing a lot of her hair and she's writing to me saying how embarrassed she is to wear a wig, people take the mick out of her. And I'm like: 'That's it, I'm wearing a wig'. I've even got one for the school run, I'm just changing my hair all the time."

It's a publicity stunt. She has not changed one little bit. She is doing it for herself.

The problem with Jade Gobby is she has spun so many sob stories and told so many lies since BB3 she has become like the Labour Government. You just don't believe anything she says anymore.
