How do you put a glow effect around people/objects and fonts on photshop? Can someone please tell me. I would appreciate is sooo much and give Karma!

I dont know lol, its just that some members put a glow effect around the people in their banner and the writing in their banner.

Example?
If you press the little round button at the bottom of the layers box, you can choose the blending option 'Outer Glow' which might work. Alternatively, duplicating the layer [ctrl+J] and adding a gaussian blur, and setting it to screen can give it a soft glow too. |
