News reaches us from X Factor Towers that Rhydian has been spending a lot of time working out in the house gym this week. But the Welsh Warbler isn’t trying to get fit so he can perform energetic dance routines during his Saturday night performance (not that anyone could actually dance to You Raise Me Up), but because he’s determined to follow in Andy’s footsteps and appear in heat’s Torso Of The Week. According to the X Factor press office, “Rhydian has been working out extra hard in the gym this week after seeing Andy in heat’s Torso Of The Week, and is determined to get his own pecs in there too!”
