BB5: The Final Night. Jason has just been named the runner-up of Big Brother UK 2004. The crowd boo. He tries taking it in his stride. The crowds boo in a violent manner at the slightest joke he makes against Nadia, which was in fact provoked by the interviewer, Davina McCall herself. This is the first piece of evidence (or "exhibit A") against the whole thing being fixed for a Portugese transexual to win. Why: After a dull BB a transexual (and foreign at that!) is shocking and controversial, yet at the same time it proves the BB audience can accept a different range of people, and that BB really isn't just an emontional slaughterhouse for wannabes.

Agreed.

The fact of the matter is that Jason and Victor were named the two housemates who legendarly saved BB.

This really doesn't add to my argument, but I thought I get that point across before I go on to make yet another long post.

On that topic, nobody is right you know, we won't have the answer on if it was axed or not. She won 3 years ago so I think it's time to get over it. Jason and Victor were such brilliant housemates, who did save BB with the rest of the housemates. The whole cast participated in what BB is nowadays.

BB3: Tim, the ginger has been evicted, finishing in 5th place. Davina sits Tim down on his seat. Its interview time. Tim and Jason share something hugley in common - their complete and utter vanity. Isn't it ironic that Davina interviews Tim and Jason in the same patronising tone and manner, while the producers are rolling reels of embarrasinf footage to see how they can handle it. Tim gets away better than Jason - laughing it off quite merrily to the best of his ability. Jason screws up by refusing to look. This is all against Jason. The whole interview was a charade to demolish Jason's character.

I would post the clip as I can't be bothered finding the specific one to use as the best example + Tim's interview is 2 8 minute clips.

BB5 was a fantastic series, and probably the most successful one (After BB3). Nadia deserved to win. She has genuine, honest, funny - the woman had a personality - More then Jason had. When I think of Jason I think of his miserable face laying in bed. Nadia gained momentum, as at the start she was one of the rank outsiders to win. The only reason Jason got second was because he was the "anti-nadia" vote. Fans of Nadia were also fans of Dan as well, with the majority preferring Nadia. Jason was the only option for the others. Shell was just a thier to fill in space.

BBBM UK 2004: The last episode. Welcome Exhibit C. My point about the interview. People could easily scream Davina had nothing against Jason, but how could someone with such compassion for Nadia not have some contempt for Jason - Remy is part of the minority and is quite evident she isn't overly fond of Jason. If you look at it, Davina shows such bias towards Nadia its ridiculous. She goes on about how much she loves her and why everyone else loves her - "Its her vurnebility" she says. I'm not sure if the presenters are allowed to show bias on spin-off show or not, so this point may not be very valid. But how does Davina get to potray such extreme bias on BBBM but when Dermott does it with Glyn/ Brian on BBLB he gets slaughtered?

Atleast Dermott never screamed "I love him!" in front of the cameras.

I agree with Aaron for the final night, it was like Samanda against Brian. he public didn't have an other option. I've supported both so for me, I didn't mind who was the winner.

It's not fact... it's your opinion. Different people have different opinions on the housemates, some people think Nadia didn't deserve to win, some people think she did, but neither point view is a solid fact.

In my opinion, she did deserve to win, and in my opinion, Jason was a dull miserable moaning git. Victor was a brilliant housemate and a great villain and played his part well, but I don't think that Jason deserves any credit for providing lots of entertainment when he spent a lot of his time alone in the hut, applying tonnes of fake tan to himself and probably dying the ginger pubes he was so ashamed of.

See this is an interesting point. How do we not know that is wasn't edited against Jason? How come people claim that theres bias editing against loads of housemates - why do they only make this comment on housemates they like? Jason was the anti-Nadia vote who thought BB5 was getting fixed for Nadia. Thats what they were fighting against. Just because someone starts off as a rank outsider doesn't mean that it isn't manipualted for them - it just means they aren't an instant hit.

They did so have another option. In fact BB8 will probably go down as having the best final housemates after BB3.

I know... Its called freedom of Housemates speach people. Its not Davinas show. Its the HMs!

It's also not her job to have favs and show it as obviously as possible.
