Default Very Quiet

I havent really posted on this forum for a while, but since I have come back it is very quiet! What has gone wrong? This place used to be lively and full of people! Have people just gone off big brother?? Is anybody there???

You are right, it is very quiet. Think its a combination of end of year rushing about and the lull between talking about last years BB and looking forward to this year's

Pop in to Boris's though for a coffee and chat, there's usually someone there. Good company, good food etc.

I think this time of year is the equivalent of the "summer holidays" where we are relaxing and resting and recuperating before the next lot of BB!

Nice to see you back here again SLS!

Hiya Sara!

Good to see you here again - not been around much myself either due to horrendous PC problems. Thankfully they're all sorted out now.

I'm sure as the run-in to BB5 begins the forum will begin to 'buzzzzzzzz' again!!!

I've been quiet, not had much to say really. It should pick up again soon when celeb get me out of here starts. Might have something to say then and roll on summer as well.

Are the books any good Amy?

I've not been overly impressed with the films but I might give the books a try if it's worth the effort!

I think you would prefer the books.
The books are great my fave is book 3 The Prisoner of Azkaban but i'm really into book 5 at the moment, The order of the Pheonix. I think, for me, the books will always be better than the films but i'm looking forward to seeing the third film in June even so!

The Prisoner of Azkaban is the best! I am excited about the film (should be coming out later this year!) but i doubt it will be as good. Gary Coleman is playing Sirius...and he isnt half as gorgeous as he should be!!!

How can you like the 5th book the best?? I was crying for days!

I think you'll like them Janette. They're very simplistic in style as they are written for children, but they are excellent stories and I thoroughly enjoyed them.

I'm sure Janette you will find these books seriously addictive.

I too loved Prisoner of Azkaban the best. The Order of the Phoenix I found good, but rather too long and drawn out. I think it could have been edited quite a bit. Took a long time to really get going, but by golly it did then.

Good reading Janette
