Ok, now I have read past the headline he is to have a retrial. But the only evidence they had has been ruled not safe. So he is as good as out.

Hmmmmmm.... I always thought that the evidence against him was very weak and that the police were under pressure to nail someone quickly for her murder.

I always knew he wasn't guilty. You couldn't have convicted a dog on the evidence they had.
