Default Janice and Lynne stop bickering long enough to win Bushtucker trial

Quote:
Janice and Lynne stop bickering long enough to win Bushtucker trial
I'm A Celebrity enemies Janice Dickinson and Lynne Franks managed to stop bickering long enough to win nine meals for their fellow contestants on Wednesday night.
The former supermodel, PR guru and moody chef John Burton Race were announced as possible contestants for the Bushtucker trial by presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly on Tuesday night.

After hearing John's name, Lynne said under her breath: "Don't send me out with John, please."

Ant and Dec announced Janice and Lynne would be taking part in the Jungle Sweet Shop bushtucker trial, leaving John ready to confront Lynne over her comments.

Furious John shouted at Lynne: "God, I don't want your aggression. I'm not speaking to you. Please go off, get knotted, you're so unpleasant."

After a huge argument broke out between Lynne and John, Janice also got involved.

Lynne announced Janice and John as "the most horrible people I've ever, ever encountered", while Janice countered: "She's a ********** shrew."

Lynne refused to resolve her issues when John attempted to make amends, declaring she needed to save her energies for the trial and focus.

The two women made no attempt to hide their disdain for each other as they joined Ant and Dec for the trial.

Explaining the task, Ant said: "Behind you are jars of sweets. There are five rounds in this Bushtucker Trial and in each round you will both be given a jar, but there won't be sweets in that jar, there'll be critters.

"All you have to do is take the critter out of the jar, hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds and for every critter you hold in your mouth for the correct time, you win a meal for camp."

After the former supermodel dedicated the task to Lynne, the PR guru hit back: "It's not for me, honey."

Janice insisted: "I'm going to do this for you."

Defiant Lynne replied: "Don't go there... Because it's for all of us."

A defiant Janice continued: "No, I'm going to do this personally for you. I want you to like me."

After the pair stopped arguing, a jar containing grasshoppers was placed in front of Lynne, who bravely took one out and put it in her mouth for half a minute.

A nervous Janice got out a grasshopper: "I don't want to eat it or hurt it."

Lynne's attempts to reassure Janice were quickly rebuffed: "Can we just not hear you speaking please."

As Lynne sucked on the next insect, a Leaf Mimic, Janice shouted: "She's not suffocating it is she?"

A furious Lynne snapped back: "It wasn't suffocating because the head wasn't in my mouth, but thanks for the comment."

After Janice managed to hold another Leaf Mimic in her mouth, she admitted the experience was terrifying.

She said: "Oh my God, you know I had all that botox, and I didn't mind that botox, and these are freaking me out. It s*** in my mouth. It's like little pellets."

The warring women went on to successfully hold Red Claw Yabbies and Goliath Stick Insects, with Janice taking time out to offer Dec a kiss while clutching the insect with her lips.

When the final insect - Giant Burrowing Cockroaches - were revealed, Janice announced she was finished.

Janice recoiled: "No, sorry, no, no, no, I can't do it, sorry. You know Lynne, you're a great sport, I'm sorry, I can't do it."

Finally, the women appeared to respect each other, when Lynne added: "Don't apologise. Can I just tell you, you have done incredibly well so far."

However, following the task, Lynne spoke to camera about Janice: "Janice is two-faced and manipulative."

The two women returned triumphantly to camp having won nine meals, with Lynne pointing out she had held one more insect than Janice.

No Problem

There are more articles about last nights show in the sub forum. I posted the first just after midnight so it might have dropped a bit. It was about Marc leaving the show and his girlfriend leaving Oz.

Thanks for reading them.
