Marc's such a randy Beast

GORGEOUS young singer Sophia Port told yesterday how Marc Bannerman was a real baddie when they were in panto together.

Sophia, 20, and the I’m A Celebrity love cheat played the leads in Beauty and the Beast.

But she claimed Marc, 34, displayed his animal passion off stage too — despite dating Sarah Matravers.

And he would get his thrills by chasing Sophia around her dressing room in his Beast costume. Then when it came to the final kiss of each performance, Marc — who flirted with singer Cerys Matthews on the ITV1 show — never held back.

The pair spent two months rehearsing and performing last year at Gravesend Theatre in Kent. Sophia said: “He’s 14 years older than me but he used to try it on with me all the time.

“I didn’t know he had a girlfriend until she started turning up to all the shows. She was always checking up on him. She used to wait outside every night to make sure he didn’t go out with the cast.”

Her claims come a day after barmaid Meg Raphael, 25, of Northampton, said she romped with Marc before he went into the jungle.

Meanwhile Sarah, 33, alleged the ex-EastEnder left her with bruises after a fight at their home last February.

But Cerys, 38, revealed to fellow contestant Anna Ryder Richardson she was excited at the thought of seeing him again.

The divorced mum got a note from the actor on Saturday saying he wanted to meet. She said yesterday: “I’m so excited now about life outside. I’m so excited about coming out and preparing for Christmas.”

She added Marc would be great around her kids, Glenys, four, and Johnny, two, saying: “With having children it makes it very difficult — but he loves kids.”
