Jungle agony aunt Anna Ryder Richardson voted off I'm A Celebrity

Former Changing Rooms designer Anna Ryder Richardson has become the sixth person to be voted out of the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.

The 43-year-old emerged from the Australian Bush on Monday's episode after being named in the bottom two with ex-pop star Jason 'J' Brown.

During her 16 days in the jungle, Anna conquered her fear of heights on several occasions and spent 12 hours locked in a dungeon with 200 rats.

After her name was announced by presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, Anna assured her fellow contestants she was glad to be leaving, because she would be reunited with her two children Bibi Belle, five; and Dixie Dot, four.

During her interview with Ant and Dec, Anna admits she was amazed she had lasted 16 days in the jungle, declaring it "felt like 16 years".

She explained: "I miss my family, my kids, my husband...

"The jungle is fantastic. It's kind of a prison. Even though it's a beautiful prison."

When asked about her favourite moment in the jungle, Anna harked back to her early days on the show, when she was part of the smaller Team Croc Creek, with Cerys Matthews, Rodney Marsh, John Burton Race and Marc Bannerman.

She said wistfully: "(My favourite moment) was the night before the camps merged. We had a suckling pig... it was just lovely."

Describing her favourite campmates, Anna immediately named Cerys and Marc.

The interior designer became an agony aunt to the star-crossed lovers, giving Marc advice about his then-girlfriend Sarah Matravers.

She enthused: "Cerys and Marc... And Biggins as well. He's so fantastic. He was just a tonic. All he's done is make us laugh."

Anna admitted the tasks had been difficult for her and the 12 hours she spent in a rat dungeon with Biggins was particulary challenging.

When Ant revealed Anna had spent the night with 200 rats, she gasped in shock.

Referring to their prize of a cooked breakfast for successfully seeing the night through, Anna said: "All for eggs and bacon. Am I mad?"

After admitting it was the older members of the camp who caused the most trouble, Anna revealed it had been a struggle living with 70s supermodel Janice Dickinson.

She said: "It's quite a thing living with Janice. There's a lot of different Janices. She can be quite mumsy, then she can be quite attacky.

"She's a professional. She's amazing. She's quite difficult to live with."

Despite planning Cerys and Marc's 'wedding' with Biggins earlier in Monday's episode, Anna insisted nothing physical had happened between the pair.

She explained: "I knew that they were really friendly. They have done nothing more than chat. I think they feel quite strongly for each other."

After ending her interview and lending her support for Biggins to win, Anna ran along the walkway into the waiting arms of her Scottish husband Colin MacDougall.
