Fury of ditched Sarah at Marc's jungle lover

Marc Bannerman's furious dumped girlfriend has ranted at his new love Cerys Matthews: "I hope you rot in hell."

Sarah Matravers hit out after Marc, 34, and former Catatonia singer Cerys, 38, fell for each other in the Oz jungle on I'm A Celebrity.

The 33-year-old actress told her rival: "I hope you understand the pain that you've put me through."

Then she raged: "This is a man she's only known for a week, a man who she knew had a girlfriend. It's either incredibly cold-hearted or incredibly screwed up. They deserve each other, I hope they rot in hell."

Cerys - mum of a girl of four and boy of two - got the hots for former EastEnders star Marc soon after her divorce from Seth Riddle.

Sarah told Closer magazine: "She's been so caught up with Marc, she's barely mentioned her children."

She went on to claim that Marc beat her up after a drunken fight last year and also two-timed her with a barmaid.

She said: "Thank God, I'm not carrying his child. He and Cerys will probably end up in rehab. And if they do go out, he's bound to cheat again."

And in an interview with Grazia magazine, Sarah revealed she will take an HIV test. She said: "Marc may have had unprotected sex. I may have caught anything."

Hahaha no GiRTh im not Sarah Manavers at all, thats funny. Im not even a girl Im a boy. Im just really sad for because of the way she has had to suffer from the way her boyfriend treated her. Cerys has been getting in the papers showing off her bum in her underwear probably getting lots of money for it and making herself famous, when the poor girlfriend is sat there at home with nothing. I feel sorry for her thats all. Marc is a wanker. he doesnt deserve a nice girlfriend.

Not entirely true, the "poor girlfriend" has also been making deals left right and centre, for quick money and extended short-term fame. Poor cow.

when all this first came about I was like ooohh Cerys is a bitch and Marc is an arse but now,after seeing Sarah`s reaction I feel completely different and feel that is deffo is a publicity stunt.
If anyone saw im a celeb-the coming out show or whatever it was!last night,you would have seen Sarah giving an interview in the back of a car,the woman could not stop smiling.I was like what is wrong with you woman!I know people cope with hurt and embarrassment in different ways but the whole thing looked soooo unblieveably fake.The way she was talking,her tone of voice,the actual words she said and the expression on her face just diddnt add up to what happened in the jungle between her ex bf and another woman at all.
She seemed pretty damned chuffed with her self tbh but I guess I would be too if id made a packet out of some ex bf i never really gave a stuff about anyway-which is what i now think!

Well said G. I can understand her pain, but the fact she is determined to name call in every national paper etc does nothing for how people view her.
