If I remember rightly, Davina gave a shout out to those having Big Brother parties on the final of BB8?

But still, its only a TV program. Plus who has the TV on at a party anyway unless music is on?

Hardly any of my friends like Big Brother, and the ones that do will most likely talk over the TV and I'd end up getting frustrated if I can't listen.

It'll just be me and loads of snacks no doubt.

I happened to have ordered a Domino's on BB8 launch night - and I watched it in my room. Was quite fun

What kind of parties are we talking here?

As in, inviting a few fellow Big Brother watching friends round, few drinks, pizza, sitting on the sofa watching the show?

That's not so much a party now is it?
But I could understand why some people might do that, if they were big fans obsessed with Big Brother.

If it's anything more than that, then it just sounds a bit odd to me.
Kind of like Star Trek fanatics, or Eastenders fanatics, all holding parties in the name of the show they like. Seems like more of a special cult/club thing.

I've never had or being to a "Big Brother Party" but I would guess it's just a group of mates who like Big Brother, who get together with some food and drink and watch the launch night together.

I don't think it's some mass convention where BB fanatics from all over come and gather (that was called the Big Brother All Years Wrap Party ) . Or maybe it is, what do I know?

Yea, nothing wrong with liking a show and eating/drinking with friends whilst watching it.

It's just the "Big brother party" line that sounds ridiculous.

I don't think anyone says "Do you want to come round my house for a big brother party?" but rather "want to come over and watch Big brother? we'll order pizza" which sounds much more normal.

But if someone does have full on Big Brother parties, id like to know about it, and what goes on lol >_<

It launches a few days after Christmas so I am saving my money, going to the shop and buying loads of sweets for it!!
