Default Niki: My Suicide Pact with Hubby

Quote:
NIKI: MY SUICIDE PACT WITH HUBBY
EVICTED X Factor songbird Niki Evans has revealed she and her husband have made a grim pact never to let death do us part.

The couple have vowed that when one dies the other will commit SUICIDE so they never have to live without each other.
Dinner lady Niki, 35, has been wed to hubby Darren for 18 years.

He has been caring for sons Morgan, 12, and Jonah, 11, while she's been on the show.

She said last night: "We talked about who was going to go first, him or me. That's when I said to him, ‘You're not leaving me. If you die first I'll commit suicide'." She added: "Then we decided that if you wipe out the two of us completely at the same time, the boys don't have to go through the grief twice.

"Some people might think it's strange but that's what I think is best. I could never be without him, never.

"Absolutely not. He is my best friend. When I die I want to be on a beach somewhere holding his hand."

Niki's revelations come a week after X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne revealed she has a similar arrangement with rock star hubby Ozzy.

"I had no idea Sharon had that pact, I thought it up first," said Niki. The morbid pact was made after a number of deaths in Niki and Darren's family. She said: "We've been through a hell of a lot. Darren's lost his mum, dad and brother within three years. And my dad passed on recently.

"He was a big part of my life. I couldn't even tell you how awful it was. To have to go to see your father in a coffin is horrendous. Anyone who's lost someone close knows that."

Judges were shocked when Niki, from Polesworth, Staffs, told them she had only auditioned because she found an application form in her deceased dad's belongings.

But all the references to his death on the show have been tough on Niki's sons. "They've started having nightmares about Darren and I dying. They were very close to their grandad so to experience death at a young age is not a good thing," she said.

Last night's eviction was good news for Niki. Before the show she admitted she had been desperate for her stint to come to an end so she and printing firm boss Darren, 39, could get between the sheets.

She said: "I'm looking forward to getting back and being able to ravage him. I'm missing his hairy chest.

"The only good thing about getting voted out will be being able to have sex with my husband again—all the time, whenever we want it."

So if she dies he'll commit suicide and vice versa? What about their kids? Its a tad thoughtless don't you think?

So if one or the other died today, the other would just kill themselves and forget all about their kids and leave them with even more grief to deal with?

I doubt Niki really said that.

I hate reading this kind of thing. It highlights to me how dependent on her husband she is and how totally preprared she is to leave her children so she can stay with him after death. I would hate to think her son read that article.

thats rediculous not only is she selfish saying that then her husband is selfish allowing her to do it if he were to die tomorrow then there children would not only loose one parent at such a young age but then they`d have to deal with the fact that there other parent had takent here own life. What are they trying to do to there kids?If I was them id be rather hurt that my parents loved each other more than they loved me.
