BIG Brother babe Chanelle Hayes is really enjoying the sweet smell of success this Christmas, thanks to her perfume called Mwah.

It has proved such a hit, shops up and down the country are now scrambling to get hold of the last supplies.

The gorgeous girl’s scent only arrived on the High Street last month. But fans have snapped up so many bottles in time for Christmas, suppliers may be unable to get any more in time.

Chanelle, 20, says: “It’s amazing how well it has been selling. It is beyond my wildest dreams.

“I was so excited to be able to release my own perfume. But when I was told it had nearly sold out, I was completely speechless – which is quite something for me!”

ow manufacturers have launched a massive international effort to restock in time for Christmas.

Chanelle says: “Apparently, they’ve got to go all the way to India for the bottles, then they need to be filled up with the perfume in France before being sent here to be packaged. It’s like a worldwide operation just for me!”

But while shelves all over the country are creaking under the weight of her rivals’ perfumes – including Shh by Jade Goody, 26, and Intimately by Chanelle’s idol Victoria Beckham, 33 – fans of the gorgeous Big Brother star could be left disappointed.

“I really, really hope we get some more before Christmas,” says Chanelle. “I’d be so upset if people wanted it as a present but couldn’t find it in the shops. We didn’t expect it to be so popular.”

But maybe Chanelle could simply pop over to India to pick up the bottles herself, since she is planning to head off to a hot spot abroad as soon as the festive season is over.

“I’m spending Christmas at home in Wakefield, then I’m off on holiday,” she says. “I don’t even know where yet. It’ll be somewhere hot. I want to come back with a tan.

“Me and a friend are going to go to the airport and just see what flights they’ve got. It’ll be a bit of an adventure – we’ll just turn up without knowing where we’re going.

“We wanted to do it on the evening of Christmas Day, but then we were told that there were hardly any flights at that time because everyone was at home with their families. We didn’t even think of that!

“But I need a break before the New Year, because I’m going to be really busy. I’ve been working on a new TV project, but I can’t tell you anything about that yet because it’s a big secret and still in the pipeline.

“I want to come back all brown and relaxed, ready to start work again next year.”

Chanelle’s holiday plans will spark a stampede of red-blooded men heading to the airport after Christmas to book last-minute flights in the hope of catching a glimpse of her in a skimpy bikini.

And who can blame them? There is surely no better hangover cure than a long, lingering look at sexy Chanelle.
