Default Writer\'s Strike: BB9 to begin earlier?

It's just occurred to me, do you think Channel 4 will bring forward the launch of Big Brother 9 due to the US Writers Strike? They're bound to run out of imports sooner or later...

It may effect it slighly, but the chnaces are it might just return to it's old late-May time-slot.

That's not so stupid actually because BBUSA will start in february and maybe BB Australia will start earlier too so I won't be surprised if BBUK starts a little bit earlier, just like 1 or 2 weeks before.

Maybe but not too much earlier, I still reckon it will launch in May but maybe early May instead.

I thought about that. But most of C4's schedule is British programming so it probably wouldn't affect it that much. I hope so though!

I don't think C4 really relies too much on American imports, so I can’t see it affecting the start date of BB9.

I don't see it changing much, maybe by a week or so.
