CRICKETER Mark Wallace has played with many high-profile names over the years, but has revealed one of them is an X Factor star.

Wallace played cricket alongside this year’s runner-up in the contest Rhydian Roberts.

The Glamorgan star said: “We were team mates in various Powys county junior sides many moons ago. Rhydian was a hard hitting batsman with little time for defence and though I can’t remember him bowling I’m sure he hit a beautiful pitch with his howzats.”
