I think the reason why Big Brother On The Couch wont be returning is because Davina McCall isn't having any involvment in BB:CH, and I doubt Dermot will want to present three shows.

People think Big Brother: On The Couch was real, but on more than one occasion two housemates did EXACTLY the same thing, yet for one it was to show they were vulnerable and for the other it was to show they were playing the game. I can't remember fully who it was or what they did. They did it a few times. Its part of Endemols trick to brainwash us into liking their favourites. Don't believe any of it for a second.
