Leave her alone! How so you expect her to get any better if everyday the Paps and stuff are puplishing new stories or photos's of her - that aren't exactally making things better!

I still feel for the poor girl but agree she now needs to remove herself from the public glare to make steps forward for herself and her children

Sunny, whilst we disagree over some matters, I cannot help but agree with your above statement.

It is a pity that people here would rather ''debate'' topics such as Britney whilst often skimming more important ones. Further, the input in this Serious Debate section is laughable at best and downright pathetic at worst.
Is it not up to us what we debate? And a lot of the forum is made up of younger people who dont understand some of the things debated.

Anyways I think Britney should be left alone, but it's not going to happen. She's got too much attention, wanted or not. The press make a big deal when she does something wrong, but they are one of the causes of her depression IMO

And don't forget to mention that she was once a huge teen icon, but due to the media intrest of her becoming much worse, it destroyed her.

She snuck away to Mexico last week (despite leads that she was in New Jersey leaked for her protection) and they still managed to find her. They won't leave her alone at all.

I think she doesn't deserve this, with what the media/press are doing to her, i think the main reason its she is being the way she. I feel so sorry for her with everything she has been through, her performance gets criticised at the vma's when overall it wasnt bad it was considerably good seeing went she went through before then, yes she did lip sync it, but who cares? i mean for her to get up on that stage was a big achievment for her seeing as she went through all those problems beforehand. The press just criticise her about anything and everything, if she doesnt anything wrong they there to criticise. She has done well compared to most people who would of really gone down the drain.
She needs to get out of america for a while and go somewhere else, the press in america are tw*ts.
I really hope everything works out for her because she isnt a bad person.

I was listening to Radio 1 earlier and they played the most popular single on the Blackout album by Radio 1 listeners.. it was 'Get Naked (I Got A Plan)' I was like in the car. I thought it'd be Toy Soldier or something.

It is, but it is also my right to condemn and outright snigger at the topics at hand, particularly if they are not even debated, but, rather, given pathetic three-worded comments like ''she is fit'' or ''never liked her'' or the similar drivel that infests this forum.

Quote:

That's no excuse.

It's bad enough hardly anyone understands the topics presented to them, especially since these people are in their teens now and twenties (I'm 21, and have known of these issues since 13) but the fact they are so UNWILLING to learn or discuss relevant issues is pathetic.

My point still stands.
Maybe people dont want to learn it, it doesnt make them pathetic, it means they come on here to talk about big brother and things they want, not politics etc, just because they don't want to discuss certain topics, doesn't mean you have the right to call them idiots or pathetic, and tbh it says more about you than it does anyone else.

"but it is also my right to condemn and outright snigger at the topics at hand". Respect is a thing which this forum relies on IMO, if people dont respect each other then this causes havoc, but you have just said that you have the right to singger etc at topics. It just shows lack of decency, and once again, says more about you than anyone else.

Oh btw, I hope this fits your criteria for posts.

I beg to differ.

Quote:

This is the ''serious debate'' section, so anything goes. Isn't it ironic (yes I know, more irony) that in a ''serious'' debate section, no such seriousness exists

Quote:

It says that I care about where our society is heading whilst you do not.

It does, as you have tried to make a point. You failed, miserably, but you still get points for at least trying.
I failed miserably? Says who? you? You dont have the right to say what we can or cannot discuss in the debates section, its upto us, if people dont care about the topics youve made and not reply to them, its because they dont want to, sodont ridicule others for not replying, especially when they get called names for doing so.

Long Live Britney!

theres a pathetic 3-12 worded statement for Ron

I think she's ridiculous, especially regarding her children. The way she acts, she doesn't have the right to be a mother. They would simply not be safe with her.

I also don't like her in a musical sense, I think that when you consider music like The Smiths, Britney Spears' music is an utter disaster.
