Default Would we feel the same way?

After seeing the latest round of Jade publicity following her appearance on BTR and announcement of her pregnancy I got to wondering whether (those of us who do) would still feel the same way about P&H if they had followed the same route when they came out of the house.

Is it because we rarely get media coverage of them that we still jump on it with excitement?

Do we admire their commitment to have as normal a life as possible whilst giving us tantalising insights occasionally?

Would we have become bored if they had attended premier after premier, party after party, any tv programme they could just to keep themselves in the media eye?

We shall never know. But personally I admire the fact that they have been true to themselves and, unlike some others, have not pushed their BB 'celebrity status' as far as possible.

I agree with you BusyBee.

Helen & Paul have conducted themselves in a first class manner. They turn up to what matters but they refuse to prostitute themselves by ligging around all the second rate events, premieres & openings like so many other ex-HMs.

I am great fan of both Helen & Paul and I would love to see more of them. However, I respect the fact that they are getting on with their lives having never compromised their personal dignity.

Having said this, I expect them to allow a TV special of their wedding day like Lee & Sophie.

I couldn't agree more
I'm glad Helen and Paul put their relationship before attention and money
I think when you look at what's happening to the Beckhams at the moment it was the most sensible way to give their relationship a chance.
Although it would be nice if we could have regular updates instead of just the odd snippet we get now and then.
Lets hope we soon get that official anouncement

Yes, absolutely.

I mean, we miss them but I'm so glad they didn't do the 'Jade' when they got out.

Had Helen been willing to do even some of what Jade had done she would still have been very high profile, but would we like her as much?

It is of course in the Jade/Jeff interests to keep a public profile because Jeff is a minor celeb himself and obviously wants to get on in T.V.

Whatever, as long as P&H are together and happy, then that's OK by me!
