MODEL Caprice is in Big Bother after being sued for breach of contract.

The 31-year-old faces an embarrassing court battle with a clothing firm demanding nearly £12,000 it says it paid her for a job she didn't do.

Caprice's American agent Hype Inc promised she would be starring in Channel 4's Celebrity Big Brother in 2002, according to court papers.

On the back of her anticipated rise in fame, the Californian was then booked to model at the Clothes Show Exhibition for about £22,000.

But just two days after advance fees of £11,760 were paid, Hype admitted she would no longer be appearing on Big Brother.

Furious bookers BC International tried to renegotiate her fee, but the contract was terminated. She has not repaid the cash, say papers lodged at Central London county court.

An insider said: "There's a big difference in the pulling power of someone who has appeared in Big Brother and someone who hasn't."
