They should have a twist that effects the whole series, rather than just a daft launch night twist and then a few other crappy twists thrown in along the way. They need a twist that is a theme for the series, like the do in BBUSA, they had the Summer of Secrets twist/theme for the entire series.

Something a bit like what John got in BB:CH - first to enter gets a secret task and if the secret is revealed they face the public vote, but if they pass they get a reward.

Put 13 into a HND/HWH type house, and lead them to believe they are real housemate in the real house.

However, after they have all entered, a plasma screen turns on and we see the one and only real housemate enter the actual BB house. Over the next week 10 of the 13 fake housemate will enter the actual BB house. They can do this by winning competitions, being voted into the house by their fellow fake housemate, or being chosen randomly by the one real housemate. The final 3 fake housemates will face the public vote - with 1 being chosen as the final housemate, and two missing out.
