Kid Nation was an American reality TV show that aired in 2007.
The controversial show saw 40 kids, aged between 8 and 16, left in a deserted ghost town for 40 days were they were left to build there own nation - a Kid Nation. They were separated into four districts -
Upper-class,
Merchants,
Cooks and
Laborers.
Along with this there was also a Town Council made up of one member of each district. Every two says a town meeting would be called for the town to discuss the latest events and for everyone to discuss what they are doing right/wrong.
The show is now over, but I have been watching the show on Youtube. I'm only on show 2 and not sure what to make of it really.

There was auditions for a second series, but nobody seems to sure of there will be one.
I'd recommend people to watch it, just to get a taste.
