Default Hell\'s Kitchen

Has anyone been watching this? I have and I have got quite hooked. I hadn't realised that the celebs are all living together on the set as well as just working in the kitchen in the day. I was watching it late last night and they were all sitting around in the garden chatting, eating pizza and drinking beer, it really reminded me of BB2 (well apart from the pizza lol )

I keep meaning to watch the show but forget to each evening! I guess it's a bit late now to start watching it, does it finish soon?

You know I'm not sure Amy, I think it's on for a while yet. Even though I quite like the main shows I have got more hooked on the late night 'Hell's Kitchen Live' ones which are just all of them chilling out after the restaurant has closed - its very BB-like.

I've been watching it, and it's quite good.

Wouldn't fancy being one of the people in the restaurant, waiting 3 hours, and the only food you get is a basket of bread

The website is at http://www.adayinhell.com/

Here's an article from The Daily Mail on Hells Kitchen....

Mutiny in Ramsay's kitchen

In the end, they couldn't stand the heat. Or the stress. Not to mention the swearing.
So Tommy Vance and Dwain Chambers got out of the kitchen.

Yesterday the DJ and the athlete did not turn up at Hell's Kitchen for their daily roasting from Gordon Ramsay.

Their departure has left just eight celebrity trainees working for the volatile chef in the ITV reality show.
Viewers, who see behind the scenes as Ramsay runs the specially-created Hell's Kitchen restaurant in East London, have the chance to vote off the worst performing trainees from this Friday.

But Vance and Chambers, both struggling to keep up to Ramsay's exacting standards, decided to jump before they were pushed.

So did more than three million viewers.

On Monday 8.3million tuned in. By Tuesday night's show, the audience was down to just over five million.

Full article Here

I may have to tune in to this tonight to see how bad they are

I've watched bits of this, but it seems Gordon Ramsay is going for the 'most times I can swear in as short a period of time' record. He seems to be swearing even more than usual. I'd love one of them to turn round and answer him back but I cant see it happening.

Don't think it's too late, Amy. It's on for two weeks - only been on since Monday, and we don't start voting off the celebrity 'chefs' until next week.

If I was Gordon Ramsay, I'd have strangled Amanda Barrie by now - she's unbelievably dizzy!

I love it!

If Gordons show on C4 is anything to go by I very much doubt it's boring.

I haven't watched it because I don't like Gordon Ramseys way of doing things. If Jamie Oliver was doing it then yes I would, thought Jamies Kitchen was excellent and did some good for people. Gordon Ramsey's just after publicity for what really. Shouting and swearing it's all been done before.

I thought I saw Nush in there, thanx for confirming that!

I have really been enjoying watching this and think Gordon Ramsay is great! When he gets depressed when it all goes wrong he looks like a great big teddy bear in need of a good cuddle - awwww!

It was shocking to see Amanda Barrie strike Gordon in the face. She even tried to go for him again and had to pulled away by the other celebs. The woman's a fruitcake.

I see Jade was in last night - that girl will go anywhere to get seen.

It must be very difficult for Gordon after all he has his reputation to uphold and this crowd are not producing food up to his expectations = of course he is getting annoyed, but good of this crowd to actually stick with him. Some of the food must be edible. BTW if people keep leaving, get evicted how are they going to cope by the end of the week?

After having a take it or leave it attitude to this when it started, I am now completely addicted to this. They work really hard, but the diners are so funny trying to get noticed.

I have LOVED this programme.

I enjoy a reality TV giggle and in te absence of that, as yet on BB, I have appreciated Gordon'd blasts on Edwina an d JAmes' general chaotic view on life!!

So they've got rid of Edwina at last - shame that she stirred them up.

Jen to win though.

Another waste of money. Whats it all about not watched it and never will. Entertainment????----- if so why all the swearing?. (Only know about that because of the papers). Think it makes him look big. My god what next (I dread to think)
Bring back The A Team, Family Fortunes and light entertainment all is forgiven (please)

I disagree, I really enjoyed Hell's Kitchen and chose to watch the final last night instead of BB. Well done to Jen on winning she did really well.

Quite agree LEE. I started off not being bothered at all, but ended up amazed at how far they had come - it was an achievement for them all, especially Jen and her chicken nuggets
