The percentages were:

Rafinha: 50,15%
Gyselle: 49,85%

I think the most closed percentages to win.

The number of votes is big, but not when when you compare it to the population of Brazil, the number of viewers and the fact that it allowes free online voting.

This is not the closest ever winning percentage. Bianca won BB2 Netherlands with 34.9%, however Koos was ahead of her with 35.2%. He decided to leave before he was annonced the winner so Bianca won by -0.3%.

So, BB8 Brazil and BB2 Netherlands have the same record with a difference of 0,3%.

No, Rafinha won with a difference of 0,3% while Bianca won BB2NE with a difference of -0,3%. Technically, BB2NE still holds the record.
