Kate's underwear marathon

Former Big Brother winner Kate Lawler has apparently vowed to run the London Marathon in her bra.

The 27-year-old will be pounding the streets in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and says she plans to do it in her underwear, reports the Daily Star.

Kate said: "I know I am mental running in my bra but I'm prepared to do anything to raise money."

The blonde, who has been a DJ and model since winning the third series of the reality TV show in 2002 - will apparently wear undies designed by lingerie brand Ann Summers, which she has modelled for.

Ann Summers boss Jacqueline Gold is quoted by the Star as saying: "We are very proud of Kate for running the marathon and are happy to support her by designing a one-off bra and knickers that won't chafe."

The Flora London Marathon takes place on Sunday April 13.
