come and have your say,
could it be posable this year a housemate could be a dwarf, its never been done yet so it could happen,i think it would work well to see how a little person would get on

I think it would be quite insulting and patronising to expect a dwarfed housemate to sleep in a child's bed. Why can't they sleep in a normal sized bed?

If the rumours of there being a child's bed in the house are true, then it's most probably to cause arguments, and discomfort for the unlucky housemate who sleeps in it.

I agree with Jack, they wouldn't do that to a dwarf, who knows if this is even true?

i dont think being picked on would be as much of a problem as people acting strange around them because other housemates might have a lack of knowledge of what dwarfs like housemates might treat them differently and i think this would be worse than the being picked on

If there is a child's bed it won't be for a small person or a child, it will just be for one unlucky housemate that doesn't get a bed in time, they'll have to spend possibly three months sleeping in a tiny bed, that's bound to cause some frustration.

They won't put a dwarf in BB. I don't think a dwarf would take very well to sleeping in a kid's bed.

I don't think they would necessarily find it insulting I mean you can hire dwarfs for parties ect.

If I was a dwarf, I would find it extremely patronising and insulting to be expected to sleep in a smaller bed than everyone else. It's like giving that housemate a smaller plate to eat from, and a smaller glass to drink from.

Yeah but only if a dwarf (surely that is not the right term? ) is doing that as a job! You can't just hire any little person for a party. Just because a person of normal height is say a clown, it doesn't mean that every person is expected to be treated as a clown.

I think it would be patronising to give a little person a child's bed, unless they specifically requested that themselves.

I dont think the makers of BB would be silly enough to put a childs bed in the house with the intention of someone with Dwarfism sleeping in it, Someone asked what the correct name is and I believe people with dwarfism prefer to be called Little People. Me I dont know why we dont just call them Mr & Mrs .... or by their first names, they are after all just people!!!

I owuld imagine if their is a childs bed it is for some twisted punishment or the entertainment of BB creators.

1) It would go against rules of health and safety for a housemate to sleep in a child's bed - surely if they experienced severe back problems and sleep deprivation, this would be a possible infringement on human rights.

2) They would never put a dwarf in a child's bed. Can you imagine the slack channel 4 would receive?

3) A child of one of the contestants? Really goes to show that the Twins theme from last year can be taken too far. It was a farce that the twins could come into the house, both knowing each other, and hence not keeping the original spirit of the show alive. Imagine a contestant with their kid in there. wouldn't put it past them.

Which leads me to conclude all the abve are improbable, so it is just another unsubstantiated rumour, which is just plausible enough that there is a 3% chance it is true.

If there is a kid's bed in there, I'll quit my day job and use the words 'like' and 'innit' for my remaining days.

Nope. All of the beds (in both bedrooms) are the same size as each other. More bullplop from the Daily Star.
