Default Entrance/ Walkway

I'm getting pretty sick of the same old way of housemates enetering the house now. There should be something different. Move the door, longer walklway/ no walkway/ shorter walkway/ new walkway, new stage layout, more crowd, etc. What do you think?

they did sort of change it last year, but yeah I agree, they should juzhh it up a bit. I also agree with Conor that the BB6/7 walkway was nicer.

i think they should not have any stairs going up and the housemates must figure out how to get up there. they dont figure it out they dont earn their place in the house

I kinda thought it was a bit too fussy. I like the fact that the housemates walk out and can see the whole crowd staring at them

The BB5 layout (including the stage even if its not used) but with stairs up to the door where it is now rather than stairs down and through the security fence as it was then.

The BB8 one made the crowd tiny and made the entrance look cluttered having stairs and a walkway in the middle of the crowd in an unjustified place.

Yeah, that was the best. BB5 was too low and created no atmosphere and the BB8 one took the hms to long to get down from.

I agree. The BB8 entrance was a horrible mish mash of a cluster****.

It would be completely boring. If , that is , it was a normal house. Unless the house this year is some aquatic , evil lair 5,000 feet under sea level , I dont want to watch the housemates 'journey to the other side' be a twenty second lift ride.

Love your walkway KRAIG.

I liked the Celebrity Big Brother 2 walkway at the side of the house:

Quite reminiscent of the BB1/2 walkway outside the house.

BB8's walkway was awful, it made the crowd wayyyyyy too small, and thus lost a lot of atmosphere, it was cluttered and not well thought out. And it made the house in general feel small and cheap.

It needes the visible crowd size of BB6/7.

I loved the BB8's walkway, I found it cool and great designed. I wish they do a different one this year.

Yeah, BB8's worked quite well in the end - and made the crowd feel around Davina, rather than some being quite a distance away.

I still miss the connection between the crowd and the studio though - and I also think it's ironic that the studios themselves seem to have got better since they've been used only for interviews, while outside the house, where they now (wrongly) host the bulk of the show, they put very little effort in.
