Default Three bedrooms - UPDATED! 2 Bedooms and 2 of \"something else\"

I posted my mock houseplan on DS:BB and someone claiming to be an insider ('inbb', who is accounted for by another member with 3000+ posts), sent me a PM telling me:

"you might want to add 2 bedrooms on to your map and 2 of something else!!"

The plan I posted had one bedroom, so this would mean that if he's telling the truth the house will have 3 bedrooms.

Would make sense if they were focussing on gameplaying/competition - BBUSA has 3 bedrooms which encourage division and tactical groupings.

This was the mock I posted, which he commented on saying they were "completely wrong"

Perhaps the two of the bedrooms are outside, where I've put the 'snug' and 'store', would make sense since these doors are so close together? And perhaps the other bedroom is located at the bottom right of the garden, where I'vd put a 'w/c'. If you look in this pic you can see a light above the door which normally indicates whether a room is locked or unlocked, as used on the bedrooms:

All this is just hear'say, but thought since it's been quiet it would be worth posting!

Not sure. But why would we have 3 bedrooms anyway? I heard 16 were going in, they wouldnt need 3 bedrooms for that many.

To divide them up a bit and encourage bitching/factions? 3 bedrooms would mean that they couldn't divide themselves simply by boy/girl (as with 2 bedrooms), and would be a bit of a shake-up from the one bedroom/glass wall thing that we've had for the past 3 years.

I can't wait to see the house, it's always one of the most exciting things about the build-up!

I love the speculation!

i think more bedrooms is a really good idea, it would split the house loads and make it more interesting.

3 bedrooms would be great, it would eventually divide the housemates into 3 groups and make the series much more entertaining.

I did wonder what he meant by adding 2 of 'something else', but the only thing I can think of is toilets? Maybe each bedroom would have an en-suite (x3) and the house would also have its main bathroom & toilet?

Ooh, conspiracy theories. Love them.

PM him back and tell him you're confused by his comments and could do with a copy of the BB9 plan to clear things up!

Well, it's worth a try!

Haha, great minds!

I already sent him a PM asking him to draw up a floorplan without giving too much away, he's offline at the moment though.

We shall see...

It was made using Macromedia Fireworks, Remy!

I liked the plan you made a while back where the kitchen was accessed through the garden!

Well time will tell, I'm sceptical to be honest but I can't wait to see the house pics - I doubt we'll get those tomorrow; the press pack normally just contains programme scheduling/sponsors/voting/interactive/presenter information.

It's just a different angle of shot, this perhaps gives you better perspective of the size:

Hate the idea of three bedrooms... im sure all these rumours of HoH three rooms and competition is all from BBUSA being shown on E4 ... it was only shown because of the writers strike and it got poor ratings so why would out BB be looking into something that wasn't successful here??

by "add 2 bedrooms" we're assuming two extra bedrooms then, rather than 2 bedrooms instead of just one.

I think 2 is enough, but one big, one small - so if 16 HMs you'd have six in one and ten in the other. They shouldn't be split so boys are in one, girls in the other.

The other thing completely baffles me though.
