Have the alarm go off at 8am every morning without fail and the beds fold up into the wall by 9am so they cant sleep during the day.

I'd also limit what they could wear. Each housemate would have a locker that they can't access but they have a list of items and each day have to request the clothes they need for the day which Big Brother will get them, and they have to be returned the next morning cleaned for the next request. They only get one request per day so they have to get everything including changes of underwear and pyjamas etc.
