Default BB Over The Next Few Years!!

I've come up with a timeline which i would use if i was in chargeof Big Brother:-

2008 = BB9
2009 = BB10
2010 = BB11 - Davina say's " Thank You for ten years, goodnight!"

2011 = B
2012 = R
2013 = E
2014 = A
2015 = k

March 1st 2015 - eye flashes start to appear. one a day, until April.

April 1st 2015- more regular eye flashes - and a weekly countdown.

May 1st 2015- Daily countdown - billboards - longer adverts - big hype building up.

EVERYTHING HAS TO STATE THAT THIS YEAR BIG BROTHER IS ACK AND THIS TIME IT'S DIFFERENT!

June 4th 2015 -

BiG BROTHER BEGINS IN SPECTACULAR STYLE WITH DAVINA SAYING "IT'S BEEN FIVE YEARS, BUT BIG BROTHER HAS BEEN REWOKEN AND HE'S FEELING MORE RATHFUL THAN EVER BEFORE."

It would be good to have a break and then a huge hype/build up. But 5 years is too long to wait.

If it was rested for 5 years. I think coming soon ads should start about 6 months before.

I could not wait that long, I just love BB. It might be worth waiting for if they brought Dermot back.....

The longer you go away,the better the comeback. That or no-one will care.

would

I gave a five year break so that everyone can forget how the current Big Brother has fallen into the trap of repeating it'self - mind you who could blame the show, it would been going for ten years by 2010

do you think a three month build up be too much for promoting!?!

As much as I like Davina I wouldn't want her to return after a five year break. I also think it would be pointless. If they were to do that it would be far more effective to axe the show then revive it in five years. Bigger impact and hype if people know it will return. If they said at the end of Gladiators that it will be back in a few years, nobody would have cared about it coming back.

I think the reality TV bubble will have well and truly burst by 2015 and Channel 4 need to milk the cash cow now, not when its too late. There will be no unnecessary break as long as it continues to make 10% of Channel 4's overall annual profit.

What a joke. This will never happen and I hope the producers won't be that stupid to kill the show. 5 years it way too long.

That would be a good idea, the show would probably benefit from a long break and that it would anticipate the show more.
Just like they did with CBB, they could possibly do with the main show but for 2 years or something.

see i think five years is right. but after that you need a massive build up. like i mean massive ads 6 months before, billboards and commercials all the time. people will still remember it but they wont loathe it coming back.

I don't think I could wait 5 years.

But I think it all depends on this series, if it's c**p then it needs a break, if it's a success then hopefully it will carry on for years to come.

But with the way everything is panning out so far this year, I don't think we're in for a c**p series.

i think if i didnt get a rest (which i think it should for at least one summer) they should kill off celebrity BB so thay have a whole year to work on the next series without distraction there for improving the shows quality
