Chanelle wants change in format for BB9

The ex-Housemate who just won’t go away has told The Daily Star that she thinks Big Brother 9 contestants should have to nominate in front of each other.

The glamour model turned flop popstar, who starred on the show last year, said that forcing housemates to nominate face-to-face would result in “heated rows.”

“If contestants had to nominate in front of each other every week, it would really spice things up,” Chanelle told the Daily Star. “They would have to sort it out face-to-face and it would cause some pretty heated rows.”

Hayes, who is perhaps trying to blag a job as an executive producer now that her short-lived singing career is over, also revealed that she would like to see couples entering the house.

She said: “They would gang up against the others and imagine if one cheated - fantastic viewing.”

Anybody else got any ideas for BB9?

I disagree with channel i think we would loose the rants about people as they would be nice to eachother and say well we dont get on or i have least bonded with you.... instead of "i hate her!" "so annoying" and the hilarious impressions they do...

i agree it might cause conflict though

i think face to face evictions should only be done by the rule breakers

Face to face nominations wouldn't work. They'd all just nominate whoever the person before them nominated, so it didn't look bad, plus you'd probably have a housemate voluntarily going up and saying "just nominate me", they've done it before and it's never worked.

Allowing nomination discussion would be better because it would cause much more sneakiness and groups to form and you'd never know who was lying and who was telling the truth.

That would never happen. People wouldnt nominate who they really want to nominate and find alternative reasons. In the diary room, housemates can nominate whoever they want to in privacy. Also, the mystery involved in who nominated who in the house causes more conflict IMO.

yeah i love watching them figure out who nominated them!! they always get 1 or 2 wrong and then are shocked when evicted!
