Default Ulcers

Arghh I hate them so much

I have one on my lip right now and it is so painful
Ive been putting Bonjela on for about a week now, and its gotten WORSE i swear. Its gotten bigger and more painful.
I cant eat or drink certain things because its aboslutely undescribibly stingy.

Is there anything else to do to get them to pee off.

Rinse your mouth twice a day with warm salt water.

Put salt water on it. It takes the sting out straight away. Just get a glass of water, put a fair amount of salt in and stir it until its cloudy. Then get cotton wool or toilet roll dip it in the water and put it on your lip or if its in your mouth do it as mouthwash (don't swallow it). It might sting a bit at first but worth it in time.

I seem to have ulcers 24/7. I've got around 3 as I type, they're all near the back of my tongue.

Horrible they are!

There is one school of thought that it is linked to stress or being run down. Both can lead to a lowering of the immune system. Try boosting it with vitamin C. See how that goes.

you could try going to your dentist, if its not that sore it may just be a cut in your mouth which has formed in the shape of an ulcer and may be caused by overhangs of fillings in your mouth, or from the biting surfaces of your teeth being jaggy. Any sore patches, lumps or ulcers in your mouth which last for longer than 2weeks should def get seen to by a dentist

I had one last week and it was really painful. It came out of nowhere. It was gone in about a day though.

lol, ulcers are SO annoying! But seriously, i will def go to a dentist if i were you, he may be able to help if its one of your teeth that are causing the problem, or irritating it even more. Some people think that anti-inflammatory medicines help heal their ulcers quicker. I really feel for you, i rarely get ulcers and hate it when i do! I sometimes ask my boss to give me some anaesthetic but it works!
