They were just saying they think he's a nice guy. Pretty different to how he interpreted himself in his VT, I know! But Rachel/Jennifer (and Kat later) were mainly discussing the types of guys Jennifer goes for (normally ones with a 'personality', so are therefore bad boy types/arrogant). And Jen was saying how Dale's the complete opposite of the type she normally goes for.

I agree with you... I don't think she went in there looking for anybody... but you never know.

After thinking hard I am really revolted at the idea of someone outside of the family, who don't know them from Adam, coming along and trying to change the life of this baby. Furthermore, you've yet to get your point across without a hint of sexism and human fallacy. You focus your efforts solely on Jennifer and neither of the other mothers/fathers in the house. This is verging on bullying, without even knowing her. As well as this, you're no higher person to have an opinion than anyone, and so I think trying to reap custody rights from Jennifer is a sick action - especially since you're not in knowledge of extenuating circumstances. Its extremely interfering and won't be appreciated by either side of the family. The family is happy, and you're trying to break them apart because of your own assumptions and beliefs. Sorry Sticks, you're a sound bloke - but it is at this time we part ways on this belief. ![]() |

As far as the other parents in the house, from what I here, their children are older and are more capable of understanding what is going on. Alexanders child is seven. Someone said Mario's is nineteen. In Jennifers case the baby is 22 months and the father did not want Jennifer to go in because the child was so young. So far in the house, if it has been reported accurately, the way Jennifer has behaved does give some grounds for hope of reconcilliation, which would be something to aim at So if I did give the impression which I obviously have that I wanted to break them up, my apologies, that is not my intention. Every year I am assigned someone to look after their best interests. Last year it was the twins, this year it is Jennifer while she is in the house. This time the call is that her best interests require her early exit, which is an odd position to be arguing, but not unique. |

Also; there's two issues here - Jens obsession with the show (according to her husband), and the baby not being aware of the mothers absence. If the husband was so bothered about her going in the house why has he only spoke up now that she's inside as opposed to before she could get in the house? Surely he'd have known she was going in the BB house because she'd have set up child care. Which are you focussing on, because they're both very different issues? Also, sorry for misunderstanding your initial intentions. |

According to the NOTW article Jennifer had a row with her husband when he found out she had auditioned for BB9 and that he did not know she was going in the house until he saw her on the television.
The focus would have to be on a reconciliation, which can only be expedited by Jennifer leaving the house, or so I would assume. ![]() |

Surely no one takes anything in the tabloids seriously?
Anyway..... in the house...... Jennifer is gagging for Dale. The body language speaks volumes However she is in turmoil with her sexually suppressive religious upbringing conficting with her natural desire to let go and have fun. She publically calls him "dirty" for having only 15 women, but she still fancies the pants off of him. I feel sorry for her. Her upbringing has made her really insecure and damged her. Shame. She's a nice girl but deeply unhappy. |

well, her up-bringing has been, as she says, brpught up to be all lady like and i honestly dont think she has had much fun in her life
getting married quickly, losing a baby and then giving birth with the fear that the same thing may happen to her daughter etc |

I'm not sure i want Jen and Dale to get together i don't think he's totally into her i mean if i cared about someone when i see they are upset i'd be making sure they are ok that night Mario said Jen looked degrading and she started crying in the diary room nearly everyone gave Jen a hug whilst Dale just sat there i might be wrong and he could be crazy about her but i'm not totally buying into it just yet.
i agree with Brother i don't think Jennifer is too happy it doesn't sound like shes had the best life so far and she said in her VT she wanted to go in and have fun but i think shes too concious of the outside to enjoy herself properly hopefully she will soon relax a little and begin to have more fun. as far as her marriage is concerned Jennifer is telling people in the house shes seperated have even heard her mention divorce once so think its safe to say she considers her marriage to be over and the news of the world print these kind of stories every year about a bf/gf not knowing their partner was going into the house until they turn on the tv and how heartbroken they are last year Chanelles bf was in the papers and a few years before that Saskias bf did the same as a huge Jennifer fan i'm going to believe her and assume her marriage is over |

Because she got hooked on a reality TV programme?
If she behaves herself, does not hook up with Dale and we can get her out asap, then there might be a chance to repair the damage. |

Sticks i dont understand what you mean i mean if the stories are true Jen might have to leave the house to sort out things with the courts because she wants a divorce she obviously doesnt want to repair her relationship with her husband i hope she doesnt leave the house as she is my fav housemate and i believe she will do well in the house maybe more so once mario has gone
but you keep saying you need to get her out to reconcile with her husband thats obviously not what she wants |

It would be nice if her husband could rethink this but I do not know how that can be achieved. ![]() |
