I don't believe him. Surely if he was genuinely unhappy he wouldn't show it off as often as he does? It's not a bad thing for him to be confident, but he's deffo lying/being modest.

It's not unlikely for men like Dale to dislike their bodies. Men can become obsessed with wanting to be big. And even of they are huge, its just not big enough for him. Maybe he just hasnt hit a place where he is happy with himself.

He wants to be bigger and has a complex about not being buff, thats the look he wants. He needs to eat more lean meat and pump heavy weights.

Yeah, he has very low body fat so needs to focus on the weights now, instead of cardio.

What a liar, I hate my body and I walk around everywhere with a top on, only time i take my top off is in bed or in the shower.
He would not walk around like he does if he "hated" it, he is probably being fussy that he hasnt got enough muscles or something.
